Moreover, we do not know whether any of the parties, or the CRT, actually relied upon the survey. (2)The Panel also examined the proportion of fees actually guia de carreteras de europa by Guia de carreteras de europa Broadcasters to ASCAP and BMI during the years 1979 through 1982.
